About the role

This is a hands-on coordination role. You will keep every detail on track - from venues, suppliers and registrations to travel, collateral and post-event follow-up.

What you’ll be doing

- Coordinate conferences, seminars, CPD events, webinars, client functions and internal events
- Manage event timelines, bookings, registrations, suppliers and materials
- Organise venues, catering, AV, travel, accommodation, signage and merchandise
- Work closely with the SEG, Marketing and Operations teams
- Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices and CRM attendance data
- Support post-event reporting, feedback and continuous improvement

About you





- You are organised and proactive the person others trust to make things happen.
- Experience coordinating events, conferences, seminars or corporate activities or the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence working with suppliers, budgets, invoices and event records
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; CRM, event platform or Canva experience is a plus
