About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you'll grow our customer base across the Illawarra and South Coast by identifying opportunities, developing strong partnerships and becoming a trusted advisor to our clients. This is a hybrid role based from our Warilla office, combining office collaboration with customer visits throughout your territory. Living locally is highly desirable, allowing you to build meaningful relationships within an established customer base while continuing to grow the region.

What You'll Be Doing

- Identifying, prospecting and converting new business opportunities
- Building genuine, long-term relationships with property managers, landlords and key decision makers
- Becoming a trusted advisor by providing tailored compliance solutions
- Delivering engaging presentations and proposals
- Working collaboratively with our Operations team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Monitoring local market activity and identifying opportunities for growth
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Spending your time between our Warilla office and meeting customers throughout the Illawarra and South Coast

About You

- Empathetic, understanding that every customer has different needs
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management
- Previous Property Management experience (highly advantageous)
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Solid commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude
- A current driver's licence
- Knowledge of the Illawarra and South Coast region is highly regarded
