As An Electrical Instructor, You Will Report To The CAE Senior Instructor. Utilizing Methods Such As Face‑to‑face, Blended Learning, eLearning, Emulators, And Part‑task Trainers, You Will Deliver a Range Of Courses From The PSTC Suite Of Training Including But Not Limited To

- Naval Electrical Systems and Equipment Maintenance
- Naval Power Generation Equipment
- Integrated Platform Management Systems Operation/Maintenance
- PLC Programming/Maintenance

Description

- All activities necessary to deliver specific training courses
- Support operation instruction to ensure successful training outcomes and training events
- Perform in the role as a SME
- Implementing approved changes maintaining the learning management packages
- Demonstrate and integrate safe behaviour in day‑to‑day operations

Minimum Qualifications

- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain within first 12 months of employment)
- Cert III or higher in Electrical Fitting or similar
- Ideally will have a Naval background, but not essential
- Ability to work on‑site, 5 days a week at Randwick Barracks
- Ability to obtain/maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance – must be an Australian Citizen!

Preferred Qualifications





- Experience in training development and learning package maintenance.
- Background in Naval Defence instructional roles or equivalent technical training positions.
