The Day to Day:
- Oversee the full day-to-day operations of your club, keeping your gym spotless, functional and welcoming for all members
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to unlock their full potential
- Be the face of the club and deliver an outstanding member experience, every single day. Run member challenges and activities,
help drive retention and community
- Drive membership growth and hit key sales targets
- Develop and execute local social media and marketing strategies
- Build meaningful connections through community engagement
- Ensure compliance with franchise guidelines and OH&S; standards
What were looking for:
- Leadership qualities or management experience — fitness industry preferred. Were looking for high performers that love sales, love the gym community and love to win!
- A confident communicator who can build a strong, tight-knit community within their club.
- Someone results-driven and proactive
- Passion for health and fitness
- Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Requirements
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Full-time availability — 38 hours per week
