Urban Sports Bar is looking for an experienced and energetic Casual Bar Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to create an exceptional customer experience while leading a team, we'd love to hear from you.

This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting staff, engaging with customers, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day bar operations.

About the Role

As our Casual Bar Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and motivating bar and floor staff during service
- Delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences
- Managing opening and closing procedures
- Supervising beverage service and maintaining quality standards
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering
- Ensuring compliance with RSA and venue policies




- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Maintaining a clean, secure, and well‑presented venue

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a Bar Manager, Duty Manager, or Senior Supervisor role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in high‑volume hospitality venues
- Excellent knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Current RSA Certificate (essential)
- Approved Manager Licence (preferred but not essential)
