About the Role

We’re seeking an Operations Assistant to join our dynamic Roofing Division at our Loganholme branch. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines operational and administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional service to our builders and suppliers. If you’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a busy environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

- Ordering metal roofing materials and flashings
- Interpreting two-dimensional drawings as three-dimensional objects
- Managing Measure and Install call-up notifications
- Updating estimated install schedules
- Coordinating service requests, warranty jobs, and rectifications
- Lodging service inspections and repairs
- Liaising with builders and suppliers to provide timely updates




- Accurate data entry and record keeping
- Problem-solving and finding effective solutions
- Supporting the Operations team to meet workflow demands
