Martin Corp Homes is looking for a qualified Carpenter to join our growing team.

We are a high-quality, customer-focused custom home builder servicing North Brisbane, with the majority of our projects located in Mango Hill, Morayfield, Caboolture and surrounding suburbs. We take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and are seeking someone who shares our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Carpenter who:

- Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Communicates professionally with clients, trades and team members
- Is reliable, punctual and takes ownership of their work
- Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport

Key Responsibilities:





- Complete all aspects of residential carpentry to a high standard
- Frame, fix and install doors, windows, cladding, eaves and internal fit-off
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to ensure projects run efficiently
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised worksite
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and building regulations
- Mentor apprentices where required and contribute to a positive team culture
- Own hand tools
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience in recent residential construction preferred
