The Role:
An exciting opportunity for a motivated Sales Associate to join a successful sales team and work alongside an experienced Director. This role is perfect for someone who has started their real estate journey and is looking to accelerate their career by gaining exposure across all areas of residential sales.
You will be responsible for:
- Prospecting daily through calls, database management, networking and letterbox drops
- Assisting with open homes, buyer appointments and inspections
- Attending appraisals, listing presentations and client meetings
- Following up buyers and maintaining strong relationships
- Managing CRM activity and nurturing leads through the sales process
- Supporting the agent with campaign preparation and administration
- Working towards clear KPIs and sales targets
You will bring:
- Minimum 6 months experience in residential real estate
- A strong interest in progressing your career within sales
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- A willingness to learn, take feedback and be coached
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
