We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Service Manager to lead the operational delivery of outstanding food and beverage experiences across our diverse event portfolio as we head into an amazing period of growth and change, culminating in the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Opportunity - Full Time Salaried Position to help lead world-class events and shape exceptional experience

As a Food & Beverage Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional service across conventions, exhibitions, banquets, retail outlets and special events.

You will lead large and diverse service teams, work closely with clients and internal departments, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.





Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager this is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences while balancing people leadership, operational performance and commercial outcomes.

What You Will Be Responsible For...

- Leading food and beverage operations across a diverse range of events and outlets.
- Delivering exceptional client, delegate and guest experiences.
- Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Coaching, developing and motivating large service teams.
- Managing labour resources and ensuring effective rostering outcomes.
- Driving service excellence, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Identifying revenue opportunities through upselling and service innovation.
- Collaborating with operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, professionalism and compliance.

About You...

- Extensive food and beverage experience within a high-volume hospitality, events, convention centre, hotel or venue environment.
- Proven success leading large and diverse operational teams.
- Strong customer service focus with a commitment to creating exceptional experiences.




- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and decisive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and operational planning capability.
- Experience balancing customer outcomes with labour and commercial objectives.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people.

- Previous leadership experience within a hospitality or events environment.
- Availability to work a flexible roster including evenings and weekends.
- RMLV/LAM and Momentus experience will be highly regarded but are not essential.
