We are seeking a passionate Diploma Lead Educator, who is looking to join our amazing team at Grow Early Education Darling Heights!

The successful candidates will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under five years of age, and effectively communicating and developing relationships with children, families and Educators.

About your new role:

Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

Diploma qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.





Current blue card approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

Experience in an early childhood setting.

A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
