The Role

Based in Everton Hills, we're looking for a Bachelor qualified ECT (or ACECQA equivalent) to deliver our Kindy program and provide high quality care for children aged 3–6 in our engaging Montessori environment.

You will be required to:

- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
- Work as a collaborative team member who thrives in a cooperative environment and is comfortable providing leadership when needed
- Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with the EYLF, QKLG and Montessori guidelines
- Maintain observations and records of each child's progress
- Uphold a safe, nurturing environment that reflects our philosophy

About You

- Deeply committed to the care and holistic development of every child
- Child Safety Training (Geccko) and Working with Children Check




- Sound knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and QKLG
- Experience in Montessori (or an understanding of and alignment with the philosophy, as training can be provided)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
