This position offers the best of both worlds—working behind the chair delivering outstanding salon services while also supporting customers on the retail floor with expert advice and product recommendations.

What You'll Be Doing

In the Salon

- Deliver cutting, colouring and styling services

- Conduct professional consultations

- Build and maintain a loyal client base

- Recommend home haircare solutions to support client results

On the Retail Floor

- Share your hair expertise with customers

- Recommend professional haircare and beauty products

- Support merchandising and stock presentation

- Create exceptional customer experiences every day

About You

- Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent)

- Passionate about hair, beauty and customer service

- Confident recommending products and sharing your knowledge

- Professional, positive and team-focused
