Day-to-day, you’ll:

- Build genuine relationships with customers planning overseas adventures
- Provide quotes and create tailored travel packages
- Hit (and celebrate!) weekly and monthly sales targets




- Deliver exceptional customer service from first chat to departure
- Upsell extras like insurance, tours, and accommodation
- Ensure every travel package is booked accurately and runs smoothly

About you:

- A true travel lover - maybe you’ve worked in the industry, backpacked, or explored the world yourself
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Confident communicator who connects easily with people
- Goal‑driven with a passion for achieving results
- Strong attention to detail and multi‑tasking ability
- A team player with a positive attitude and great energy
