The Sunshine Coast Mazda Receptionist is responsible for;
- Interacting with all customers and visitors to the Dealership
- Providing a profession ultimate customer experience with each interaction
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- General administration clerical duties
- Supporting the operations of the Sales, Service and Parts departments
- Being the welcoming voice, and face of the dealership
Successful applicant will need;
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Friendly and profession nature
- Experience with ERA / ERA Power advantageous
- Have exceptional time management in working to deadlines
- Willing to work under pressure
- Be team centric, and supportive of others
- Solid work ethic and ability to work autonomously
