At Followmont Transport, we're looking for an experienced and detail-focused administrator to join our Pallet Control team in Brisbane.

This role plays an important part in supporting our network by managing pallet movements, transfers and reconciliations across depots, customers and agents. Working closely with the Pallet Manager and Team , you'll ensure pallet transactions are processed accurately while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

No pallet industry experience is required as full training will be provided to support your success in the role.If you're highly organised, enjoy working with data, and take pride in accuracy and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

- Completing data entry, reconciliations and reporting with a high level of accuracy
- Maintaining pallet records and supporting pallet control processes across the network
- Processing incoming pallet transfer requests and enquiries from depots, customers and agents and processing in the 2IC pallet system
- Investigating and resolving pallet discrepancies with depots and agents
- Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team environment
