You will ideallyhave IT help-desk experience, but retailsales experience in Telco or Technology will also be considered. Excellent communication skills and great customer service skills are a must! You will have the desire to improve yourself and to work smart and hard to build a better future for yourself.
You will be dealing with clients directly over the telephone, as well as online,
supporting an excellent software product used by 1000's of companies across Australia, UK and America.

What you need:
Some experience in an IT help desk role is ideal ORTelcoor tech sales experience.
Or Accounting or Legal qualification
Recent Grads with customer service experience will also be considered.
Excellent verbal communication skills are critical
Highly developed customer service skills
Strong desire to help people
Ability to learn new tasks and be an excellent team player
As this is a permanent role it will only be open to candidates with Australian Permanent residency or Citizenship.
