AccessEAP is seeking a Lead Developer to own and evolve our web and mobile platforms, expanding an Angular web app into iOS and Android apps. The role focuses on secure, high‑quality features across web and mobile with strong UI/UX and accessibility standards.

You will design, build, test, and release current functionality, mentor engineers, and drive CI/CD and release practices while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery in a privacy‑focused environment.
