The Role
Supporting the administration functions of the North Sydney Head Office through the provision of essential services including data preparation, input, control, analysis and distribution of information.
Executive support for the CEO
Answering general enquiries via the admin’s inbox and Head Office landline.
North Sydney Head Office facilities management includes liaising with cleaners & landlord, grocery items for kitchen; stationary orders; post/mail, accepting deliveries.
National vehicle management- pink slips, car wash, registrations, servicing,& repairs.
Point of contact & troubleshooting for IT issues & liaising with external IT provider to fix issues. Releasing emails blocked in IT phishing software.
Main point of contact with new staff to ensure office access, workstation set up, laptop, software all goes to plan & liaise with IT & HR outsourced services as necessary.
Business Management System administration including quarterly stocktake & ordering of PPE such as gloves, respirators etc.
Test & tag all office equipment
Workflow Max administration such as unlocking timesheets, edit invoices for missing client or Purchase Order details & transferring costs across different PMs.
Organise events such as End of Year party & conferences, travel & accommodation for field staff going to site for multiple days.
Ad -hoc requests from senior management such as organisation charts.
To succeed in this role, you will need
2 years plus administration local experience in a professional services workplace.
Solid computer skills, high proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent time management, prioritization, ability to meet deadlines.
An Australian citizen/permanent work visa with no sponsorship requirements.
Enthusiastic & upbeat attitude making a positive difference.
Ability to build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
