About the role

The Rostering Coordinator is responsible for ensuring participants receive high-quality, reliable support by coordinating efficient staff rosters across a range of services. Working in a rapid-paced environment, you will liaise with participants, support workers, and internal teams to match the right staff to the right supports while maintaining compliance with NDIS requirements and BigDog policies.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.



You will be responsible for managing planned rosters, responding to last-minute changes, and ensuring continuity of care for participants.

Develop, maintain, and optimise support worker rosters to meet participant needs and service requirements.

Match support workers to participants based on skills, experience, availability, and participant preferences where possible.

Coordinate planned and emergency roster changes, including staff replacements for unplanned leave or absences.

Monitor roster coverage to ensure all scheduled supports are filled and delivered as planned.

Ensure rosters comply with the SCHADS Award, Fair Work requirements, NDIS Practice Standards, and BigDog policies.

Monitor staff availability, leave requests, and shift allocations to maximise workforce efficiency.
