Your Day-to-Day as a Service Leader:

/n

/n

- Lead and mentor a team of Disability Support Workers

/n

- Step in to provide direct care when needed – daily living, personal care, and community support

/n

- Coordinate and oversee scheduling, rostering,



and day-to-day service delivery

/n

- Develop individualised care plans with clients and their families

/n

- Build trust and collaborate with families, community partners, and stakeholders

/n/n

What You Bring:

/n

/n

- Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or Individual Support

/n

- Leadership skills with experience guiding teams (Team Leader/Site Leader experience ideal)

/n

- Background in disability or aged care, including personal care and community access

/n

- Solid understanding of NDIS standards, compliance, and person-centred care

/n

- Strong communication and organisational skills

/n

- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and Driver's Licence

/n/n
