About the role

/n

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and success of the service. You will lead and mentor a team of educators, maintain strong relationships with families, and ensure the delivery of exceptional educational and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

/n

/n

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Early Learning Centre

/n

- Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture

/n

- Mentor, coach and develop educators and emerging leaders

/n

- Build strong partnerships with children, families and the local community

/n

- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation

/n

- Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes across the service

/n

- Manage enrolments,



staffing, budgets and operational performance

/n

- Champion child safety and wellbeing in all aspects of service delivery

/n/n

About you

/n

You are an experienced early childhood leader who is passionate about creating exceptional learning environments and supporting educator growth.

/n

You will bring:

/n

/n

- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care (Diploma or Bachelor)

/n

- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

/n

- Demonstrated experience in a Centre Director, Assistant Director or comparable leadership role

/n

- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Child Safe Standards

/n

- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams

/n

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

/n

- Robust organisational, compliance and operational management capabilities

/n

- A genuine passion for providing high-quality outcomes for children and families

/n/n
