ABOUT THE ROLE

/n

Norton Gold Fields is seeking an experienced Warehouse Superintendentto lead warehouse operations across our Paddington and North Binduli sites. Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for the secure, efficient, and cost-effective management of inventory, warehousing activities, and store personnel while ensuring compliance with company standards and legislative requirements.

This is a leadership position that plays a critical role in supporting site operations by ensuring the timely availability of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

/n

As Warehouse Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading and developing the warehouse team while ensuring inventory and warehouse operations support the ongoing needs of the business. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading warehouse operations across Paddington and North Binduli, including workforce planning, performance management, and team development.

/n

- Managing inventory control processes, stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives.

/n

- Monitoring warehouse performance and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and cost control.

/n

- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the availability of critical stock items.

/n

- Managing warehouse budgets and identifying opportunities to reduce operational costs while maintaining service levels.

/n





- Ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safe work practices.

/n

- Conducting workplace inspections and ensuring corrective actions are completed promptly.

/n

- Building strong working relationships with maintenance, operations, procurement, and other site departments.

/n

- Coordinating warehouse activities to support operational requirements and minimise delays to production.

/n

- Managing warehouse equipment, storage systems, and material handling processes.

/n

- Facilitating department meetings and providing regular updates on warehouse performance and business objectives.

/n

- Acting as a Statutory Supervisor and maintaining all relevant compliance requirements.

/n

- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and inventory management functions.

/n/n

ABOUT YOU

/n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Qualifications

/n

/n

- Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics or Warehousing qualification (highly desirable).

/n

- National Police Clearance.

/n/n

Skills & Experience

/n

/n

- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role.

/n

- Strong inventory management and warehousing knowledge.

/n

- Experience using ERP and purchasing systems such as SAP, Pronto, Eclipse, or similar.

/n

- Experience within mining, resources, heavy industry, or a related environment is highly regarded.

/n

- Strong leadership,
