OverviewRAC Karri Valley Resort, located in the Southwest region of Western Australia, is seeking a full‑time Food & Beverage Manager to report to the Assistant Resort Manager and lead the resort’s food and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day operations across two F&B; outlets (à la carte restaurant seating 60 persons and casual dining on weekends), working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Recruit, train, roster, and manage performance of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Manage budgets, forecast costs, control expenses, and maintain supplier relationships. Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, and OH&S; regulations. Maintain high service standards, respond to guest feedback, and drive continuous improvement. Support menu development, promotions, and product innovation. Supervise stock levels and controls, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient inventory management. Assist with reporting and contribute to strategic planning alongside resort leadership. Qualifications and Experience Relevant qualifications or experience in Hospitality, Business, or Management. Proven experience in a hospitality or resort environment with strong team leadership skills. Hands‑on leader who thrives in a dynamic, guest‑focused setting. Understanding of liquor licensing, food safety,
and OH&S; compliance. Skilled in budgeting, stock control, rostering, and cost management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to build strong teams and foster a positive workplace culture. Physically capable of performing manual tasks (e.g., walking, lifting, bending). Must possess RSA, an approved Manager’s Licence, and be able to obtain a National Police Clearance.
