The Opportunity

/n

Reporting directly to the owners, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy hotel comprising accommodation, bar and restaurant operations. This is a true leadership role where you'll influence the performance of the business while creating a positive culture for both guests and employees.

You'll be supported by experienced ownership while enjoying the autonomy to make decisions, implement improvements and drive continuous success.

The Role

/n

- Lead the daily operations across accommodation, food & beverage and guest services.

/n

- Inspire, coach and develop a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

/n

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, rostering, performance management and employee development.

/n

- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, labour management and cost control.

/n

- Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

/n

- Oversee payroll, reporting, accounts receivable and general administration.

/n

- Ensure high standards of presentation, service delivery and guest satisfaction across all departments.

/n

- Maintain compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, workplace health and safety and company policies.

/n

- Build strong relationships with guests,



suppliers and key stakeholders while professionally resolving issues when required.

- Work collaboratively with ownership to implement new initiatives and support the ongoing success of the venue.

About You

/n

You'll be an experienced hospitality skilled who enjoys leading from the front and building high‐performing teams. You understand the commercial drivers of a successful hotel and have the confidence to make decisions that positively influence both people and performance.

- Previous experience managing a hotel or multi‐department hospitality venue.

/n

- Solid leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring and developing teams.

/n

- Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, wage control and operational reporting.

/n

- Experience with hotel property management systems such as RMS (or similar), along with accounts receivable and financial administration.

/n

- Outstanding organisational and communication skills.

/n

- A hands‐on management style with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

/n

- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety, liquor licensing and hospitality compliance.

/n

- Current (or the ability to obtain) Approved Manager and RSA certification in Western Australia.

/n

- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

/n/n
