Limestone Coast Technical College is a visionary institution that aims to revolutionise technical education in South Australia. The State Government is investing in Technical Colleges that will set the standard for excellence in their design, learning environment and delivery of skills-based training for school-enrolled students.
Located in the Education, Training and Research precinct on Wireless Road, Limestone Coast Technical College provides students with access to industry training on a part-time basis while staying enrolled in their home school, it supports not only public students from across the Limestone Coast Region, but will be open to students from the private school sector.
Limestone Coast Technical College has short stay accommodation facilities on site and offers four industry training programs for careers in Agri-tech (for careers in forestry, agriculture and manufacturing), Early Childhood and Education, Health and Social Support, and Multi-trades (for careers as plumbers, builders, electricians).
We are searching for an exceptional coordinator to join our dynamic team and drive the success of this transformative initiative.

What you will do:
- Deliver high-level customer service to students, families, and the community
- Manage and implement recruitment applications in collaboration with feeder schools
- Coordinate enrolment processes and supporting school events
- Coordinate, develop and maintain accommodation rosters
- Managing administrative systems and student records
What you will need:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a diversity of staff, students, parents and the wider community
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, prioritise workloads, and maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Demonstrated experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team by providing services to a range of stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Practical experience in working with computing software applications including Office 365, EMS modules, school learner management systems including Day Map, and other applications required to perform administrative and clerical tasks effectively.

Please note the salary amount may differ from that advertised. Salary is dependent upon your current employment status with the Department for Education, tenure and hours per week. The salary stated is based on an employee working 52 weeks per annum, full time equivalent.
The successful applicant will be employed under the appropriate mode of employment. Please note that part time and versatile arrangements will be considered.
