TLR is a 40 seat, Modern SE Asian restaurant in the heart of Aldinga, tucked between the ocean and the McLaren Vale wine region. TLR has been built on a reputation of high quality food in a fast paced environment.

We are now looking for another salaried chef to join our established team. Experience in up-to-date cooking is essential, with experience in fine dining also an advantage.

This role has the potential for career progression with salary increases.

The successful candidate will need to possess the following key attributes;

- Ability to work in a small, fast-paced kitchen
- A current resident of Australia with unrestricted rights to work

Other useful skill sets;

- Strong knife skills
- Experience in breaking down whole proteins
- An understanding of Asian ingredients
- Organised and meticulous
- Experience in cooking with charcoal
- Able to create and tailor dishes
