About the Position:

As a growing Allied Health and Audiology provider, we are looking for a Medical Receptionist with a wealth of knowledge and experience to deliver exceptional customer service to clients while providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Audiology Team and across the Group as needed.

- First point of contact for customers and clients entering our clinics;
- Assist clients in managing their appointments;
- Manage invoicing for services provided by Can: Do Group;
- Support Audiology with Hearing Aid Care, services and repairs;
- Support continuous improvement by modelling best practice.

Our ideal candidate has:

- Outstanding communication skills; face-to-face, on the telephone and in writing;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Possess experience using administrative systems,



practices and procedures, including CRM (Client Record Management systems);
- Hold or be prepared to undertake an NDIS Worker Screen and DHS Working with Children clearance.
