Incognitus is seeking reliable and hardworking Event Operations Crew based in the Wollongong and Illawarra region to support our growing operations across local venues and events.
Due to increasing work in the area, we are looking to build a dedicated local crew rather than relying on staff travelling from Sydney. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy physical work, being part of a team, and working behind the scenes at major events.
About the Role
As an Event Operations Crew member, you will assist with the delivery, installation, setup, pack down and maintenance of event infrastructure across a variety of venues and event sites.
A key focus of this role will be supporting operations at venues such as:
- Assisting with event logistics and operational requirements
About You
We're looking for people who are:
- Based in the Wollongong or Illawarra region
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Hold a current driver's licence (preferred)
- Have previous event, labouring, construction or warehouse experience
Highly Advantageous

- Forklift Licence
- Experience working at events, stadiums or large venues
