Shine is seeking Male and Female Permanent Part Time & Casual Support Workers with experience to support Male & Female participants in Support Independent Living (SIL) for an immediate start. Contracts Available NOW: Sleepover Contracts 56Hours per Fortnight, 42Hours per Fortnight Day Contracts, - areas we service Gympie, Bli Bli, Nambour, Palmwoods, Caloundra and beyond.

Our ideal candidates will have at least one years' experience in the industry and will have experience with the following.

- High Complex behavioural needs
- High Complex mental health Experience
- Child Safety experience
- Medication administration
- Experience working with Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)
- Experience with Restrictive Practice (RP) implementation (high desirable)

Our ideal candidates will possess the following:

- Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Police Clearance/ Criminal History Check
- Current Driver License
- Current NDIS Workers Screening & Working with Children Check
