About the Chance
We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our Ormeau workshop.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily workshop operations, leading production teams and ensuring vehicles progress efficiently through every stage of the repair process.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll work closely with Estimators, Parts, Customer Experience, Quality Controllers and Technicians to drive productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily production planning and workflow across the workshop.
- Coordinate repair schedules to maximise productivity and minimise delays.
- Conduct daily production meetings and monitor repair progress.
- Support and develop workshop employees through coaching and leadership.
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer repair methods and quality standards.
- Monitor productivity, cycle times and workshop performance.
- Work collaboratively with Estimators, Parts, Customer Experience and Quality teams.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety.
- Build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
- Ensure customer commitments and delivery timeframes are achieved.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience leading a collision repair workshop or production team.
- Strong understanding of collision repair processes and workshop operations.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach and develop others.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
- Experience with workshop management systems is highly regarded.
