We are a well-established civil construction contractor seeking an experienced Concreting/Form worker Foreman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, runs an efficient crew, and delivers civil concrete structures on time and to spec.

You will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of concreting crews across active civil construction sites, ensuring all work is completed safely, to drawing, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage concreting crews on civil construction projects
- Read, interpret, and work from civil engineering drawings and specifications
- Set out and construct storm water pits, sewer pits, and junction chambers
- Form and pour headwalls, wingwalls, and drainage structures
- Construct footpaths, driveways, kerb and channel, and associated civil concrete works
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors
- Carry out daily pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and SWMS reviews
- Monitor crew productivity, quality,



and secure work practices
- Assist with materials ordering and plant coordination
- Ensure all work meets local council and client specifications

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Concreting Foreman or Senior Concretor in civil construction
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret civil engineering plans and drawings
- Hands-on experience constructing storm pits, sewer pits, headwalls, footpaths, and driveways
- Strong crew leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of civil construction practices and standards
- Valid driver's licence (HR or MR advantageous)
- Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
