A large residential aged care home near Fairfield is seeking an experienced and clinically capable Care Manager to join the team within a stable, well-established organisation.

About the Role

As the clinical leader of the service, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality resident care while supporting the Facility Manager and leading the clinical team.

This role combines clinical leadership, governance, team development and compliance within a well-resourced and highly structured residential aged care environment.

You will work within a clear leadership structure: Facility Manager - Care Manager - Clinical Care Coordinator - Registered Nurses - Care Staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the clinical team to deliver outstanding resident care




- Drive compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- Mentor Registered Nurses and Clinical Care Coordinators
- Monitor clinical indicators and implement quality improvements
- Conduct clinical reviews, audits and care planning
- Support accreditation readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
- Partner with the Facility Manager to maintain exceptional clinical outcomes

About You

You are a supportive, organised and highly accountable leader who enjoys developing teams while delivering outstanding clinical care.

You will also bring

- Previous experience as a Care Manager, Clinical Manager or Clinical Care Coordinator within residential aged care
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Confidence leading clinical teams and supporting audit readiness
- Experience managing clinical governance and compliance
- Residential aged care experience within Australia
