Infrastructure Engineer (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Field Services Engineer to provide onsite support for critical infrastructure in an Operational Technology setting. In this role, you’ll support the Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) platform, help maintain secure and reliable operations and work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. This is a permanent, full-time onsite role suited to someone who thrives in hands-on infrastructure support and mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2 support for ADMS infrastructure and user-facing applications
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain availability
- Investigate and resolve technical incidents, service requests and control system issues
- Maintain system documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Perform system maintenance including patching, environment upkeep plus hardware support
- Support change, incident and problem management processes in line with ITIL practices
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver stable, efficient and secure system operations
- Provide dedicated onsite support for critical systems and end users

What Will Make You Successful:

- Over 3 years’ technical experience in an IT environment




- Strong experience supporting ADMS and critical OT infrastructure in a secure, high-availability environment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive timely resolution
- Solid knowledge of Windows, virtualisation, storage and patching
- Understanding of ITIL processes including incident, problem, change and configuration management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams
- Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams to support continuous improvement and system reliability
- Willingness to participate in an on-call roster and support critical systems outside standard business hours
