We are looking for a person to fill the role of mobile Pool Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test & balance water and provide all aspects of pool care
- Diagnose equipment faults as per our internal procedures
- Provide advice and guidance based on customer needs
- Use mobile app to document your work and write customer focused notes
- Maintain a clean & organised work vehicle environment
- Handle/lift heavy items such as salt and bulk chemicals
- Install pool equipment (additional training can be provided if required)
- 1+ years of experience in pool service role is required
- Well organized by nature
- Fast learner with good attention to detail
- Resourceful & self-sufficient problem-solver
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Able to work unsupervised to a high standard
Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a valuable work ethic, customer focused with exceptional people skills, honest, organised, well presented, friendly & well spoken. Stay up to date with product information, be physically fit & able to remain teachable in all aspects of the roll.
Must have a current manual license and enjoy working outdoors. You must be available to work through our industry peak time of the year. A work vehicle and phone will be available to the right candidate.Employment is available on a casual or full time basis.
