MACS Air Conditioning Services is a well-established and rapidly growing mechanical services contractor specialising in commercial air conditioning, ventilation, mechanical electrical services, maintenance, and projects throughout Sydney and regional NSW.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Electrician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial projects while being part of a supportive, high-performing team with genuine opportunities for career progression.

About the Role

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical works associated with commercial HVAC systems, including:

- Installation of power and control wiring for air conditioning and mechanical services.
- Installation and commissioning of switchboards, isolators, control panels and BMS interfaces.
- Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical and control systems.
- Electrical maintenance and repairs across commercial buildings.
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
- Testing and commissioning installations.
- Working alongside refrigeration mechanics, project managers and commissioning engineers.
- Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards, WHS requirements and company quality procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current NSW Electrical License.
- Current White Card.
- Current Driver License.
- Experience in commercial electrical installations.




- Experience with HVAC mechanical services (preferred but not essential).
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards and electrical regulations.

Desirable

- Working at Heights.
- EWP License.
- CPR & LVR certification.
- Experience with Daikin, Temperzone or other commercial HVAC equipment.
- Experience with BMS controls and automation.
- Refrigeration disconnect/reconnect license (advantageous).
