About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Events and Social Media Coordinator to join The Ginger Group on a full time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in event management and digital communications within a fast-paced and forward-thinking company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating our events whilst maintaining and building our social media presence. You will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through both physical events and engaging digital content, working collaboratively with our team to deliver outstanding results that support our business objectives and enhance our market position.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events of varying scales, from small client gatherings to large-scale events and galas
- Communicate with clients regarding event details and requirements
- Building and maintaining relationships with event suppliers,



venues and external stakeholders
- Plan and schedule engaging posts, stories, and content across multiple social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
- Capture photos and videos at events for promotional use
- Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and fostering community engagement
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency

What we’re looking for

- Experience in events, hospitality, and content creation
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings/weekends for events
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Creative, fun, and enthusiastic personality with an eye for detail and branding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Planoly, and basic editing tools
- A passion for events, marketing, and digital communications
