As an Assistant Manager at Clark Rubber, you will be responsible for:

Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the business, ensuring smooth daily operations

Leading by example and coaching your team to success, offering ongoing training and development

Taking ownership of the day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff performance

Driving sales across all product categories, with a particular focus on Pool Shop and Swimming Pool products

Ensuring that every customer leaves with a fantastic experience and expert advice





The Ideal Candidate

Previous retail experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role

A minimum of 3 years retail experience is required

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team

A focus on customer service with the ability to lead by example

Solid organisational skills, including inventory and stock management

A passion for outdoor products and home improvement, particularly pools and pool accessories

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Australian work rights are required for this position
