Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office documentation, records, and filing systems
- Assist management with scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications
- Support HR functions, including onboarding documentation and staff records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate internal communications and office supplies procurement
- Provide administrative support to production and operations teams as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems advantageous
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving attitude
- Relevant certificate or diploma in administration or business management is preferred
