About Us
We manufacture and assemble excavator attachments — tilt couplers, and hydraulic attachments — for contractors and equipment dealers across Australia. Our Brisbane facility is where everything comes together: skilled people, quality components, and a product that ends up on job sites across the country.
We're a growing team with high standards and a genuine pride in what we build. If you're a hands‑on person who takes workmanship seriously, you'll fit right in.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Assembler to join our Brisbane floor team. You'll be assembling excavator attachments from component kits, working from engineering drawings and documented procedures, and building to a standard the whole team is proud of.
You’ll work under the guidance of our Working Foreman and Senior Assembler — experienced people who’ll set you up to succeed and give you room to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assembling tilt couplers, Buckets and hydraulic attachment from component kits
- Reading and working from engineering drawings and assembly work orders
- Applying correct torque to fasteners and hydraulic fittings — and marking your work
- Checking your own work at each stage — quality is built in, not checked at the end
- Flagging any kit issues, drawing questions, or build problems before they become bigger problems
- Keeping your bay safe, clean, and organised
What We’re Looking For
- Hands‑on assembly, mechanical fitting, or manufacturing experience — trade qualification preferred but not essential
- Able to read engineering drawings and follow detailed assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail — you care about the quality of what you build
- Physically capable of sustained assembly floor work
- Reliable, a good communicator, and happy to follow SOPs and procedures
Experience with excavator attachments or hydraulic equipment is a bonus — but if you're technically capable and take pride in your work, we'll invest in training you on our product.
What’s In It For You
- Permanent full-time role — secure employment
- Competitive pay commensurate with experience
- Structured onboarding and SOP training from day one
- A product with genuine technical depth
- Strong team with experienced floor leadership
- Clear career pathway for those who perform
- Safe, well‑equipped Brisbane facility
- A business that is growing — and investing in its people
