About the Role

This is an exciting prospect for someone with a technical background who enjoys solving problems, working with customers and supporting a professional sales team.

Working closely with our Technical Manager, Product Managers and Sales Team, you will provide technical advice, assist with product specifications, support customer enquiries and contribute to the development of technical resources.

This role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to expand your knowledge across a broad range of innovative building products.

Your Responsibilities

Your day may include:

- Providing technical support to customers, architects, builders and our sales team.
- Assisting with product specifications and technical recommendations.
- Supporting the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and installation guides.
- Assisting with product testing and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Delivering product training and CPD presentations (training provided).




- Assisting with new product introductions and technical product launches.
- Contributing technical content for brochures, case studies and marketing material.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, Australian Standards and building regulations.
- Maintaining customer and project information within our CRM.

About You

You are naturally curious and enjoy understanding how buildings are designed and constructed.

Perhaps you loved building with Lego as a child, or still do! You enjoy solving technical problems and helping others find practical solutions.

Ideally you will have:

- Qualifications in Engineering, Building, Construction or a related discipline.
- Experience within the commercial construction industry.
- The ability to read construction drawings and technical documentation.
- An interest in building science, product performance and technical problem solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing as part of a close-knit team.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in technical sales, specification, façade systems, building envelope products or construction materials will be highly regarded.
