Step into a high-demand practice with a strong pipeline of implant and big-case leads ready to go
Join as a senior, self-sufficient dentist who can diagnose, treatment plan and drive case acceptance
Modern, well-run practice offering implants, All-on-X, Invisalign, oral surgery and comprehensive dentistry
The practice is located in Maddington, approximately 20 minutes south-east of the Perth CBD and a short drive from Cannington.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This up-to-date practice in Maddington has been serving the community for almost 50 years and is looking for an experienced, senior Associate Dentist who can operate with genuine autonomy - diagnosing comprehensively, presenting treatment plans with confidence, and bringing patients on board with bigger cases.
The practice sees robust demand for general dentistry, implants and major case work, and needs a senior clinician who can pick up that pipeline and run with it - someone trusted to lead complex cases from diagnosis through to case acceptance and delivery, without needing oversight.
You'll work alongside a stable, collaborative team of clinicians in a practice that values autonomy, high clinical standards and growth. The environment supports doing comprehensive dentistry properly, with access to implants, All-on-X, oral surgery, Invisalign, endodontics, cosmetic and restorative work, backed by strong systems and workflow support.
This role suits a dentist who wants genuine clinical responsibility and the opportunity to lead - shaping how bigger cases move from consultation to completion.
There is flexibility to start part-time or full-time.
WHAT YOU'LL ENJOY
- A ready pipeline of general dentistry, implant and major case leads to build on immediately
- A practice with a loyal, established patient base spanning 50 years

- A Principal available for case discussions, including implant and surgical planning
- A genuinely collaborative culture amongst Associates - weekly clinical discussions, no competition
- High staff retention across dentists, DAs and the support team
- Well-run, organised systems already in place to support scale
- A large, modern, well-equipped practice with space to work comfortably
ABOUT YOU
- You're a senior dentist who's self-sufficient in the chair - confident diagnosing comprehensively, building a treatment plan, and guiding patients to say yes to the care they need.
- You enjoy building long-term patient relationships and take pride in seeing bigger cases through from consultation to completion. You value autonomy, and want to work somewhere your judgement is trusted.
- 5+ years of experience in a diagnostic-led, treatment-planning focused dental environment, with genuine confidence across implants and other complex procedures
- You're confident with strong communication, diagnostic skills and proven ability to drive case acceptance
- Communicate clearly, build rapport easily, and genuinely enjoy educating patients
- Comfortable taking the lead on complex treatment plans with minimal oversight
- AHPRA-registered (unrestricted), current indemnity insurance, and takes pride in patient care
