We have multiple permanent full-time positions available for immediate start.

Whether you are just starting your manufacturing career or already have experience in plastics or rotational moulding, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in manufacturing high-quality products that meet Australian Standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Operating, setting up and running rotational moulding machinery.
- Verifying machine setup, including materials, shot weights and PLC programs.
- Loading moulds, demoulding products and carrying out finishing work.
- Changing moulds and assisting with basic machine maintenance.
- Operating forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided where required).
- Completing quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintaining accurate production and machine records.
- Safely using hand and power tools.
- Keeping your work area clean and following all WHS procedures.




- Working collaboratively with the team to improve processes and productivity.

About You

We are looking for people who are reliable, motivated and enjoy hands‑on work.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in rotational moulding, plastics manufacturing or a manufacturing/labouring environment (desirable but not essential).
- A willingness to learn and develop recent skills.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to safely perform manual handling tasks of up to 25kg.
- Pride in producing quality work with attention to detail.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- A current Forklift Licence, or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Flexibility to work a rotating two‑shift roster (morning/afternoon) and overtime when required.
