Supporting a successful group of sales professionals, this opportunity is perfect for an experienced Administrator who thrives in a quick-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of a busy and dynamic office.

Working within a tight‑knit, long‑standing culture, you'll play a key role in managing the administration and marketing function, ensuring campaigns run seamlessly while partnering closely with experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

- Provide administration and marketing support to a successful sales team
- Manage end-to-end sales administration including agreements, marketing campaigns, invoicing and campaign processing
- Coordinate marketing activities including photography, brochures, signboards, DLs and proofing marketing materials
- Maintain database management, client communications and general administrative support
- Assist with settlement processes and ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales journey

About You





- Previous experience in real estate administration is essential
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, professional and team-oriented approach
