What we’re looking for:
- Solid customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organisational skills and time management
- A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
- Confidence using computers and sales systems
- Previous sales or industry experience is essential
- Experience in a nursery or horticultural environment is preferred
- A genuine interest in plants or horticulture
