Labourforce is currently seeking a trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter to join a busy manufacturing and maintenance team based in Geebung, QLD.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with pumps, piping systems, and production equipment in an industrial environment. The position offers stable weekday hours and long‑term ongoing work.

Shift Details

Monday to Friday
7:00am – 3:30pm

- Day shift role
- Overtime and call‑outs may be required during breakdowns
- Ongoing position with consistent hours

Key Responsibilities

- Maintenance, repair, and servicing of plant and production equipment
- Assembly and disassembly of pumps, piping, and mechanical systems
- Preventative maintenance and fault finding




- Installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Use of hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working closely with maintenance and production teams

What We’re Looking For

- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter
- Previous experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environments
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Physically fit and capable of hands‑on work

Desirable (but not essential):

- Forklift (LF) Licence
- Welding or fabrication experience
