We are a well-established milk distribution company based in Peakhurst, NSW, seeking an experienced, motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the productive day-to-day running of our fast-paced distribution environment.

This is a full-time position working 5 days per week, with 3 Saturday shifts per month, which are paid in addition to your annual salary.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all warehouse operations, including responsibility for the coordination and movement of incoming and outgoing heavy vehicles within the depot.

Manage the safe movement of the heavy vehicle fleet, including hooking and unhooking trailers, positioning vehicles for loading and unloading, relocating vehicles within the depot, and undertaking local vehicle movements as required.

Oversee warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, accountability and high performance.

Maintain a safe, compliant and organised workplace.

Ensure all operational procedures, WHS requirements and transport compliance standards are met.

Work closely with management to achieve operational and customer service objectives.

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and transport operations.

Additional Responsibilities





Interstate driving and changeover / local driving responsibilities also form part of this position. While your primary role will be Warehouse Supervisor, you will be required to undertake these duties when operationally required.

From time to time, unforeseen operational requirements or contingencies may arise. In these circumstances, you will be expected to step in and provide additional support, including interstate and changeover / local driving duties, to ensure the continued operation of the business.

Demonstrated experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role.

Current MC Licence.

Proven interstate heavy vehicle driving experience.

Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, transport compliance and fatigue management.

A proactive, reliable and flexible approach to work.

Ability to lead by example and work in a hands-on environment.
