We’re looking for a commercially minded Head of Warehouse & Logistics (ANZ) to lead and execute end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand.

Based at our Enfield National Distribution Centre, this role has full ownership of operational performance supporting 55-80 retail stores, ecommerce fulfilment, and inter-warehouse movements. We’re looking for a commercially minded Head of Warehouse & Logistics (ANZ) to lead and execute end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand.

Based at our Enfield National Distribution Centre, this role has full ownership of operational performance supporting 55-80 retail stores, ecommerce fulfilment, and inter-warehouse movements. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

- Lead day-to-day warehousing and logistics operations across AU & NZ
- Own performance of the Enfield DC and NZ warehouse
- Deliver safe, compliant, and reliable operations aligned to WHS standards




- Maintain ≥98% inventory accuracy through strong controls and discipline
- Manage labour planning, capacity, throughput, and service levels
- Lead carrier and freight performance, SLAs, and cost optimisation
- Own warehouse SOPs, audits, and operational governance
- Act as operational lead for WMS and ERP implementation and adoption
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing warehouse leadership teams

What you bring

- 8-10+ years’ senior leadership experience in warehousing & logistics
- Background in high-SKU retail or FMCG environments
- Experience running large DCs and multi-channel fulfilment operations
- Robust knowledge of ANZ freight and compliance requirements
- Proven people leader with strong WHS capability
- Data-driven, decisive, and accountable for operational outcomes
- Fluency in Mandarin is desirable, due to extensive communication required with China based suppliers & stakeholders
