We are currently seeking fun, qualified Gymnastics Coaches to support young people in developing entry point gymnastics skills in a busy club for afternoons, weekends and school holidays shifts. Casual position available at PCYC Taree

$34.96 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Taree team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this varied and flexible role, classified as a Gymnastics Coach under our Enterprise Agreement, you'll do more than just teach skills—you’ll role model our core values of Respect, Commitment, Resilience, Integrity, and Citizenship every day.

- Delivering exciting, protected and inclusive gymnastics classes
- Designing and planning engaging lesson content tailored to different ages and abilities




- Supporting customer service and admin tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Creating an environment that encourages resilience, teamwork and confidence
- Coaching across a wide range of programs – from Kindergym to Trampoline, TeamGym to Parkour, Cheerleading to Artistic Gymnastics

About You

Are you a passionate person and haveflexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as;

- Loves working with kids and creating a positive, safe environment
- Has a strong interest in gymnastics or sport (Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation desirable – or willingness to obtain)
- Brings strong communication, reliability, and teamwork to the role
- Has (or can obtain) a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Previous experience in coaching, youth work, or customer service is a bonus!
