Electrician | Solar & Battery Storage | 4-Day Week

HV Solar is one of the Hunter Valley's leading solar, battery storage and off-grid power specialists. We design, install and service premium residential, commercial and off-grid energy systems throughout NSW.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a qualified electrician to join our team.

No solar experience? No problem. If you're a motivated electrician with a great attitude and willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you become an expert in solar and battery storage.

About the role

This isn't repetitive rooftop solar work.

You'll work on a variety of exciting projects including:

- Residential solar and battery installations

- Commercial solar systems

- Large off-grid power systems





- Battery storage installations and commissioning

- General electrical work

- Fault finding and servicing

Our projects regularly take us throughout regional NSW, so you'll enjoy a mix of local work and occasional travel with all applicable allowances paid.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

- Holds a NSW Electrical Licence (Certificate III in Electrotechnology)

- Has a current Australian Driver Licence

- Takes pride in producing quality workmanship

- Is reliable, honest and motivated

- Works well independently and within a team

- Enjoys learning recent skills and technologies

- Is willing to travel when required

Desirable but not essential

- Solar or battery installation experience

- SAA Solar Accreditation

- Working at Heights

- EWP, Forklift or First Aid
