Denovans Real Estate has an prospect for an Assistant Property Manager / Receptionist to join our highly successful Property Management department. The successful candidate will answer incoming calls, attend to people visiting our office, and assist the Property managers in servicing our clients and customers.

The Role
Full Time - Monday to Friday
Handle incoming calls and assist with enquiries
Assist the Property Management dept in providing outstanding service to our clients
Liaise with property owners and tenants
Assist individuals who visit our office
Attend routine inspections with the property managers
Process Tenancy Applications
Complete entry and exit condition reports
The successful applicant will have:
Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
High level literacy skills
Exceptional time management skills and personal presentation
Ability to work within a team and contribute to the team culture
Willingness to learn
Current driver's license & well-presented car
Current Certificate of Registration
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
